Why? You do not need Physics for GMAT, so no reason to study what you will never be tested on. You hopefully don't buy a train ticket for a ride that goes 200 miles past your home town and then back track.... you can use a high school math book or something else, but why invent when you can get MGMAT Math Foundations - it is kind of the gold standard of basic math.

At the same time if you want to cover physics, it should not hurt. Have fun!
