Since the answer asked is in Approximation, we can remove inconsequential parts
\(\frac{(1+2^{18})}{(2^4+2^{10})}\) ...
1 is very small in 1+2^18 and 2^4 in 2^4+2^10 but let's just remove 1..
\( \frac{(2^{18})}{2^4(1+2^{6})}=\frac{2^{18-4}}{1+2^6} =2^14-2^6=2^8 \)
