Just thinking out loud,considering what ever be the reason of not using more than three 7s, can we calculate 77+67+13=157 ?
We can use numbers from the given set only, which is {1, 3, 6, 7, 7, 7}. So, we can use 1, 3, and 6 only once and 7 thrice.
