Hi Pritish,

The equation of the line passng through a point is y = mx + c substituting the values of (-3, q) we get q = 3m + c (Note :slope is negative).
From statement 1) Y intercept = x intercept which means that c = c/ m therefore m = 1 which gives q-3 = c (NS we dont know the magnitude of q) so c can be both positive or negative.

From statement 2 ) q = 3+c which gives the same info so not sufficient
