To find the number of multiples between any set of numbers simply subtract the greatest multiple of that number in the set from the smallest multiple of that number in that set and divide it by the number and then add1

[100,000,000-700,000] /2 + 1 =

351,000

but 1,000,000 and 700,000 don't count so
