­In 60 mins you fill 75 litres and Day-1.
The rate of filling remains same on Day-2 as well but due to "x" mins of maintenance every hour, the rate becomes 60 litres/ hr

Using unitary method, this implies

60*60 = 75(60-x)
5x = 60
x= 12 mins
