To ride each of the bumber cars, ­first time the child has \(4\) options to choose from , second time he has  \(3\) options , third time \(2\) options and the last time \(1\) option.

This way he could have ridden all of the cars, by not repeating the one that he already rode.

Well as each time he has \(4\) total cars available.

So probability:

\(\frac{4}{4}*\frac{3}{4}*\frac{2}{4}*\frac{1}{4} =\frac{3}{32}\)
