Three students are selected at random. Number of ways 25C3 = 25*24*23 / 3! = 25*4*23
Number of ways selecting 1 girl 10C1 = 10 and Number of ways selcting 2 boys 15C2 = 15*14/2 = 15*7
Now,
The probability that 1 girl and 2 boys are selected is 

(10C1*15C2)/25C3 = 10*15*7 / 25*4*23 = 21/46.

Answer B.
