The B-School Applications | What Are My Chances - Profile Evaluation Tool! WAMC

I tried checking values for Foster's business school. It shows that Foster Applicant Priorities is: 60%GMAT & Demographics
But as per youtube videos of interviews with their admission officers, they said they are don't give a huge weightage to GMAT and they even have a test waiver now. So where is this 60% weightage, being shown by this tool, coming from ?­
