For those who may be searching for how the answer is 17, the range is from -35 to 69. Straightaway we can jump and conclude it is 16 (11 + 5). This is where we fall in the trap. We miss 0. 0 is a multiple of all numbers!.
Hence, it is (11 + 5) + 1 = 17

Indeed, a nice tricky question
