Hi
I have a doubt in this qs. Can you please help me out as to where I am making a mistake here?
The qs is asking me if |m|-(n-p)=0
In other words, It is asking me if |m|=n-p
Thus,
If m>0, m=n-p
If m<0, -m= n-p or m=p-n
Statement 1:
m=p-n
But the statement doesnt tell me if m > or <0.
Only if m were less than 0, would m=p-n.
Since the option doesnt tell me this, it is insufficient
Statement 2:
|n-p|=n-p
This doesnt really tell me much except that n-p is non negative
n-p>=0
p-n<=0
I am stuck how to analyse the 2 options together. @experts, can you pleasehelp
