Hi aashishmitl,
If you don't get a response, you could call and/or visit the centre. They may not let you into the testing room, but you could get a look and maybe speak with other test takers after they exit the centre.
I don't think going is an option for me. The center is 100+ kms away so I am hoping I get some answers here or else go in blind. I called the center, no one is picking up. I called them on the contact information they have provided on their site.
