Step 1: Define variables
Let x be the revenue in 2000
Let y be the revenue in 2001
Let z be the revenue in 2002

Step 2: Set up the equation for percent increase
r = (y - x) / x * 100

Step 3: Set up the equation for equal percent increase
r = (z - y) / y * 100

Step 4: Set the two equations equal to each other
(y - x) / x * 100 = (z - y) / y * 100

Step 5: Simplify the equation
(y^2) = xz

Step 6: Solve for y
y = sqrt(xz)
