The ESR may be helpful to check out. If you share it here (after wiping any personal info), people may provide some specific suggestions as well. If you feel your fundamentals are solid, consider working on your solving approach. May boost your score a bit. Had a student who went from a V41 to a V45 in about 10 days, for example. Perhaps include working with a study buddy who is strong in areas you aren't (and vice versa). There's a study buddy thread on gmatclub you could have a look at/sign up to.
