Solution:

  • So, we are mixing 32% chocolate shake with 53% chocolate shake to make a resultant of 35% chocolateshake
  • When we use allegation to this weget:

  • We are replacing some 32% shake with 53%shake
  • Let us assume that we replace\(x\) ltrs of 32% shake with\(x\) ltrs of 53%shake
  • So, we can form the equation\(\frac{49-x}{x}=\frac{18}{3}\)
    \(⇒49-x=6x\)
    \(⇒7x=49\)
    \(⇒x=7\)


Hence the right answer is OptionC
...
