Is u > w?

(1) u = ∣w∣
We can say that u is non negative.
If w is 0, answer is No
If w is positive, say 2, answer is No.
If w is negative, say -2, answer is Yes.
Insufficient

(2) w = ∣u∣
We can say that w is non negative.
If u is 0, answer is No
If u is positive, say 2, answer is No.
If u is negative, say -2, answer is again No.
So, either w is equal to u or w is greater than u.
In each case answer is No.
