- the number of vegetarians in the group =\(V\)
- the number of vegetarians in the group =\(N\)

Therefore boys constitute 60% of the total group
Number of boys =\(\frac{60}{100} (V+N)\)
From the table, number of boys =\((\frac{40}{100} V +\frac{70}{100}N)\)
Therefore
\((\frac{40}{100} V +\frac{70}{100} N) =\frac{60}{100} (V+N)\)
\(\frac{40}{100} V +\frac{70}{100} N =\frac{60}{100} V+\frac{60}{100} N\)
\( 2V =N\)

\(\frac{ V}{V+N} * 100\) =?
