Your low score will be a bit of a red flag; every school has a different eligibility criteria and you will need to check for the same. Of course, if you have a good GMAT score, it will help compensate for the same to a certain extent; however, you will still need to address the reason for the low score (if the school provides an Additional Information essay).
In addition to the above, certain schools will also ask you for a third-party evaluation and you will need to provide them the same.
