a is K percent of b.
So \(\frac{a}{b}*100=K= \frac{{100a}}{{b}} \)
Let b is x percent of 0.1a.
So x= (b/0.1a ) * 100= 1000b/a= 1000*100*(b/100a)= 100,000/k
