Yes, the latter two schools are going to be very difficult. If you are only applying to these 4, then you could try for those other 2 but I wouldn't bank on it. Even Columbia will be challenging. NYU Stern is the only one that feels very appropriate and even then still not a guarantee.
It all comes down to your essays at this point. Yes, a higher GMAT score would help but I don't think it's going to fundamentally change your candidacy since you have a relatively solid score.

Are all these for R1? If so, it's a tight timeline but it can be done. The tricky bit is that Wharton and HBS are first so you have to make a call if you want to apply to either or both.
