If a, b are positive integers, is a/b a terminating decimal?
a/b is a terminating decimal when a is an integer and b is of the form 2^m*5^n; where m,n >=0 and are integers
(1) a is a multiple of 2
if b = 2, 5 or 10 - a/b is a terminating decimal
if b = 3 - a/b is not a terminating decimal
Not sufficient

(2) b is a factor of 10
=> b is 1, 2, 5 or 10
since, a is an integer, hence, a/b is a terminating decimal
sufficient
Answer B
