the age is not a factor. but the number of years of experience is.
= more than 10 years of experience is an range flag in most full time "regular" MBAs. more than 12y is usually a no no.
I am assuming you are not there yet, so you are ok with regular program admissions (although, if you have more than 8y you can look at special programs for senior applicants (again, check out my video)
This goes for both admissions and recruitment
you wont find an issue with your age. but if you are over experienced that might be anissue
