B. It is estimated that these devices will be expensive costing upwards of $5000/piece. Price of device is not an issue because th concern is whether we will be able to reduce murders using device. So this option isirrelevant

C. It was recently proved that techniques used by mind readers are not repeatable and will not hold their ground in the court of law. How does it matter whether it holds in court of law or not because we are mainly concerned
