Percentage Milk in the solution =2/3*2/3*2/3=8/27.
Remaining is water. For 27 parts of solution, 8 parts milk will be there. And remaining is water i.e., 19 parts of water.
Milk:water=8:19
For 16lts milk, 38lts water will be present.
