If a number is divisible by 4 the last 2 digits of the number has to be divisible by 4.

If the number ends with 12: Number of possibilities = 3 * 2 * 1 = 6
number ends with 24: Possibilities = 3 * 2 * 1 = 6
number ends with 32: Possibilities
