p is a prime number greater than 5.

n is a perfect square.

p could be 7 , 11, 13

n could be .......49, 121, 169.

unit digits of \(n^2\):

\(49^2 = 1\)

\(121^2 = 1\)

\(169^2 = 1\)

A is the correct answer.
