If |n| indicates the greatest integer less than or equal to n, is |n| = 0 ? MEANS is\(0\leq{n}<1\) , as
1)the moment n becomes -0.01, the lesser integer is -1
2) the moment it becomes, the value of |n| will be 1

Statement II straight falls in case 1, so answer is NO..
