The question, is " 3r<and equal to 4s +5 |s| <and equal 5" "Given the inequalities above, which of the following CANNOT be the value of r?"

I say the answer is C. 0 because if s = -5, then 3(0) <and equal 4(-5) + 5, 0 is greater than a negative 15.
