As per question:
1. A = (1.5,9)
=> f(1.5) = a * \((1.5)^2\)
=> 9 = a * 2.25
=> a = 4
Thus C => 4*\((2.5)^2\)
Sufficient.

2. B = (2,16)
=> f(2) = a * \(2^2\)
=> 16 = 4*a
=> a =4
Thus C => 4*\((2.5)^2\)

Sufficient.

IMO the answer is D.
