This one is easy if you pick numbers, say B=5
then Blue=5, Yellow=40, Green=15, Total=60
Blue+Yellow/Total --> 5/60 + 15/60 = 20/60 = 1/3
Or... Total-Yellow --> 60/60 - 40/60 = 20/60 = 1/3
