Question IIR001228 from the new IR Prep:
The question asks whether the device is rating-domintant in regard to ANY of the other devices in the table... not only the 3 the question is about. Therefore I dont understand why device XS is rating-dominant because in feature A it shows a lower value (1) than device X1 (5).
Can someone clarify?
